Everything here runs at home and stays private, reachable only over my Tailscale network.

Storage & services

A Synology NAS is the center of it all. It hosts:

• Nextcloud

  Files, notes and whiteboards.

• Home Assistant

  Home automation.

• Mealie

  Recipes and meal planning.

• Open WebUI

  A chat front end for local AI.

• Excalidraw

  Sketching and diagrams.

• Forgejo

  My own git server, the master copy of my sites and apps.

• App repos

  A private F-Droid repo and a desktop app download page for my own apps.

Local AI: Gufo

Gufo runs Qwen language models on an ASUS ROG Flow Z13 with AMD Strix Halo. Services on the NAS use it instead of a cloud API.

Networking

Tailscale ties the machines, phone and headset together without exposing anything to the open internet.
